All orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within the US. At this time we are unable to ship outside of the US. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours from the time they are received and are posted Monday-Friday with observance of USPS holidays. **Most packages are arriving within 5 business days via standard shipping, unless providers are dealing with increased holiday volume.
All unopened products are eligible for a full refund if posted within 14 days of delivery, minus a 10% restocking fee. In order to keep prices for customers as low as possible, we are unable to offer free and/or open container returns. We encourage new customers to purchase one of our Try Me! kits before committing to a full size product purchase.
If you made a mistake on your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to intercept the order and correct it. If you placed your order after noon PST, there is a good chance we can make apprpriate changes before it ships the next day. Orders begin fulfillment early each morning, up until noon PST each day. **Please note that if you forgot somthing on your order, you will need to place a new order for the desired item(s) since we do not hold customer credit card info on file.

Our products contain purified and isolated forms of hemp cannabinoids (CBD, CBN, CBG, etc.) that are carefully selected for their unique biologically supportive properties and tested for purity. Relief capsules also contain a unique raw hemp powder that has a fractional amount of THC, due to its unrefined nature. This concentration is many times below the legally acceptable amount and at a near non-detectable level when analyzed in a laboratory. With regard to urinalysis testing for employment or other reasons, we recommend consulting with your doctor and/or HR department for guidance on taking Relief. While the amount, technically, should not be detectable when taken as directed, each person's personal habits, metabolism, and health should be considered and we make no guarantees or claims regarding testing.
