HOW TO USE

Take 1-3 capsules as needed, with or without food. If taking for allergy support, take when you would typically take allergy medication/supplementation.

Highly Recommend!

This product immediately started working the first day I took it. I would usually have some inflammation in my body and ankle swelling by the end of each day. I have been using this product for a few weeks now and all the symptoms are either gone or greatly reduced.

Great product

I’ve used Histo Complex for a month now and it’s calmed my histamine reaction that I usually have to everything! I don’t get headaches as often & the constant fatigue I’ve had for years is so much better. I love that it has CBD in it so I don’t have to take several different supplements. I love this product so much!!!!!!!
